This free led primary class will be held at Agni Studio on the 20th of December at 8:00 a.m. We will practice to a pre-recorded count of Sharath Ji, all together, with a demonstration from either Natalie or Aleksandra if needed. Afterwards, we will have a potluck at the studio, so if you would like to bring any food or drinks to contribute, please feel free to do so.
